Meet Our Founder + President

  • Jamie Kirschner is a passionate advocate, educator, and community builder with over 28 years of experience—and a devoted mother to 20-year-old Grace.

    A former principal, educational leader, and both special and general education teacher, Jamie has served across K–12 settings during her tenure in brick-and-mortar schools. She is deeply committed to empowering families, promoting inclusive practices, and strengthening communities. Her work with schools, families, and businesses focuses on enhancing leadership, training, and accessibility.

    Jamie holds the distinguished title of National Board-Certified Special Education Advocate (BCASE) from NASET and is an active member of COPAA, NAPSEA, CEC, CASE, and DADD. She also proudly serves as a founding board member of The Sensory Safe Solution, a global initiative creating sensory-friendly haircut experiences for individuals with sensory sensitivities.

    A University of Florida alumna with a Bachelor’s in Special Education and a Master’s in Educational Leadership, Jamie is certified in Autism, Dyslexia, and Orton-Gillingham, and holds credentials in K–12 Special Education and Educational Leadership. Her impact has reached students and professionals across the U.S. and internationally.

    With experience in over 5,500 IEP meetings and more than 200 Due Process resolutions, Jamie is a trusted voice in advocacy and training, shaping inclusive systems that support the needs of every learner.

  • Dr. Gabrielle Baker is a mom to four, accomplished advocate, educator and behavior therapist with over 16 years as an educator.

    Having previously served as a private behavior specialist, district autism consultant, special education teacher and more, Gabrielle is passionate about inclusion, academic and social/ emotional growth and parent participation.

    Dr. Baker currently holds a PhD in Education, Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and undergraduate degree in Learning and Behavioral Disorders. She is a member of many national organizations, including but not limited to: the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA), National Association of Professional Special Education Advocates (NAPSEA), and the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC).

    Gabrielle also proudly serves on the board for The Lucky Mama Project and PANCAN: Indianapolis.

Advocates
